For the first time, there are odds on which team has the most wins in a specific month. It’s an interesting prop that isn’t just based on who is the best team.

Opponent, travel, home games and everything schedule-related are taken into account.

Entering the month of July, these were some of your hottest teams according to the MLB Power Rankings:

LA Dodgers

Alden Gonzalez of ESPN

The 2025 Dodgers have been defined by the same circumstances that defined the 2024 group: pitching injuries -- and thriving in spite of them. The Dodgers hold the National League's best record even though four key members of their rotation -- Blake Snell, Tyler Glasnow, Roki Sasaki and Tony Gonsolin -- are out with injuries. Their bullpen also has been a mess at times. But they have found a way. Snell and Glasnow are working their way back. And Shohei Ohtani is taking regular turns -- albeit short ones -- on the mound. Their best baseball might be ahead of them.

Detroit Tigers

Buster Olney, ESPN:

The Yankees' Aaron Boone will be the manager for the American League All-Stars, and he has the option of picking his guy, Max Fried, to start the Midsummer Classic. Or he could consider Boston's Garrett Crochet. But the numbers for Detroit's Tarik Skubal are daunting: He leads the AL in fWAR at 3.8 and in expected fielding independent pitching (xFIP) at 2.46 and is second in fewest walks per nine innings (1.15) and strikeouts per nine innings (11.03). Skubal will take the ball against the Twins on "Sunday Night Baseball" this weekend.

Philadelphia Phillies

The Phillies have been beating us up here at Gambling911.com as we've made the mistake during the month of June of going against them on numerous occasions only to come out on the losing end.

The ten games leading up to July 1 the Phillies were .500, so they are far from invincible.

The oddsmakers have questioned this club for a reason.  We've seen some strong opinions on Phillies games where action was lopsided in their favor.

The Phillies rank second in the majors with a 3.13 ERA in June, but they have converted just 6-of-12 save opportunities this past month, and the bullpen continues to be a glaring question mark for a team with real title aspirations.

Miami Marlins

Gambling911.com offered a strong argument in support of betting the Marlins in July

As of June 28, Miami may have been 36-45, but over their last 17 games they own a 12-5 record.  That's one of the best in Major League Baseball.  And they continued winning into the 1st.

Consider this: If you've bet on Miami over their last 17 games at a $1000 a pop, you'd be up $12,000 at the moment.

You will win $4500 for every $100 bet if the Marlins own the most wins in July 2025 at Betonline.

Houston Astros

The Houston Astros won the most games in June 2025, with a total of 19 wins.  It should come as no surprise they would be listed as the favorite to repeat in July with a payout potential of $450 for every $100 bet.
